central location beautiful interior friendly staff useful towels

the location is central and makes it easy to get around. the interior design is beautiful and adds to the ambiance. the staff was genuinely friendly and interested in my day, with a level of care . they even provided towels so i could fully use the roof terrace.

the streets nearby felt a bit scary to walk through at night on the first night.

the rooms are spacious, nice and neat offering a relaxing environment. i found the bed really comfortable, a great feature for ensuring a good night's sleep. also the power shower was tremendous and added to the overall experience.

the staff were helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet requests. they provided helpful recommendations about local attractions making my trip easier. i booked the hammam with very short notice, and the staff arranged everything efficiently.

breakfast was included, with a selection of wonderful local breakfast items. the riad offers an idyllic atmosphere in both the patio and the terrace, a true escape. the rooftop offers a perfect hideaway where you can enjoy the sun.

the staff were super friendly! bedding was very clean, and i noticed they provided daily room service. i really appreciated the beautiful character of the whole place

The staff were helpful in offering directions.

My room lacked proper soundproofing. I heard street noise. The bathroom fixtures were outdated. The shower temperature fluctuated a lot. It was difficult getting a stable, warm shower.

the room included air conditioning! breakfast offered local pastries and fresh juice, so delicious. the rooftop terrace featured a shaded space, it was perfect to unwind after exploring.

the street outside was slightly noisy at times.
