Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers large and clean family rooms with ample space. However, there was a noticeable bad smell when turning on the heating system, which needs attention. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. While the location in the Medina was central and quiet, some aspects were disappointing. The dining experience was average, featuring basic breakfast options. Facilities were well-maintained and satisfactory.
The Riad is tucked into a quiet lane in Bab Doukkala, offering spacious and clean rooms with a terrace. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, although the location, while close to major attractions, may be hard to find at first. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of treats each day. Overall, a cozy spot with great value for money.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit small and challenging to navigate, but they overlooked a pleasant courtyard and had access to a nice roof terrace. It had all the necessary amenities, though. The service was top-notch, with kind and helpful staff. The location was central and convenient, requiring a short walk to reach key attractions in the old city, offering a much better experience than staying in the new city. The dining experience was decent but could use some improvement with more variety. Overall, a stay here has its ups and downs.
